DARYA BOWSKILL

Darya’s classes are based around vinyasa focusing on more dynamic sequencing or a slower flow class, depending in the students needs, but always with an emphasis on lightheartedness and fun. Darya completed her 200hr teacher training in late 2003 in the UK and has been teaching ever since. She has recently begun her 500hr teacher training with the revered Tiffany Cruikshank.

I use a light-hearted and energetic approach to cultivate a joyful environment in class. In addition to creative, purposeful, and fun(!) sequencing, I incorporate elements of body alignment, core strength and intention setting to help students find success, whether in basic or more challenging asanas (poses). You will never feel pressured to do anything that you don’t want to do and my objective is that all students leave smiling, joyful, and invigorated (and maybe having learned something new)!
